Postnatal Recovery

Before I was a pelvic floor therapist, I was a mom.
Before I was a mom, I married my high school sweetheart.
(That’s us in the photo- and I am just as shocked as you are that we got a picture with ALL FOUR of us looking at the camera!)

My journey into pelvic health wasn’t just professional, it was personal. After giving birth, I was shocked by how quickly the support disappeared. One minute I was surrounded by medical professionals, and the next I was sent on my way with a vague “you’re fine” and a pat on the back. But I didn’t feel fine. My body felt unfamiliar, my mind overwhelmed, and I didn’t know where to turn.

So I decided to become the kind of provider I wish I had in those early postpartum days.

I created Everbloom Pelvic Health to be a safe, holistic space where new moms (and moms-to-be) can be seen, heard, and supported. I believe every woman deserves dedicated time to understand her body, ask questions without judgment, receive compassionate care, and feel empowered in the physical and emotional transition into motherhood.

Whether it’s addressing pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, identity shifts, or simply adjusting to a new rhythm of life…you don’t have to do it alone. You deserve an hour that’s just for you.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me sipping iced coffee, listening to Taylor Swift, or geeking out about Enneagram types (I’m a 2 with a 3 wing, in case you were wondering).

I’m so glad you’re here. I truly can’t wait to meet you.

What Our Clients Say

  • Melissa

“Stephanie brings a rare blend of physical skill and energetic awareness. She held space for both my low back pain and emotional release in the same session. Truly whole-person care — body, mind, and soul."

  • Jamie

“Stephanie is very patient and kind. She took her time going over everything prior to getting started. She has some toys for your little ones to play with during the appointment too which was helpful and very thoughtful! I have been to PFPT previously, but since we moved across the country I haven’t been. This was a bit different but I feel like I got more out of the visit! Definitely recommend!”

  • Emily

“After our session, I feel so much more prepared for my labor and delivery. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I now feel confident about concrete things I can try during my labor to have the best outcomes for myself and baby.”

  • Kira

“Stephanie taught me so much during our initial visit. She stretched out tense muscles, taught me the importance of how correct breathing supports the pelvic/stomach area and then explained how everything tied in together. I was amazed when I left, as to the changes that had taken place in this short visit. I sneezed on the way home with a full bladder and no leakage!! Ready for my next visit.”
