Meet Stephanie: Your Local Pelvic Floor Therapist

My journey into pelvic health wasn’t just professional-it was personal.

About five months after the birth of my first baby, my husband and I decided to try CrossFit. The coach started class with what seemed like a simple warm-up: 60 seconds of jump rope. About 30 seconds in, I completely emptied my bladder.

Thankfully, I happened to be wearing black leggings, but I was absolutely mortified. I had never experienced this before! We quietly left the gym, and that was the last time that coach ever saw us.

Instead of accepting it as "just part of having a baby," I scheduled an appointment with a pelvic floor therapist. After only two visits, my leaking was completely gone. I remember thinking, Wait... that's it? Why doesn't every woman know about this?

That experience changed the course of my career. I pursued advanced training in pelvic health, began working with women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, and eventually founded Everbloom Pelvic Health.

I created Everbloom to be a safe, holistic space where women in every season can feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe every woman deserves dedicated time to understand her body, ask questions without judgment, receive compassionate care, and feel empowered through the physical and emotional transitions of womanhood.

Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, bladder leaks, prolapse, or simply adjusting to a new rhythm of life, you don't have to do it alone. You deserve an hour that's just for you.

When I'm not in the clinic, you can probably find me sipping an iced coffee, listening to Taylor Swift, or geeking out about the Enneagram (I'm a 2 with a 3 wing, in case you were wondering!).

I'm so glad you're here, and I truly can't wait to meet you.

  • Emily

“After our session, I feel so much more prepared for my labor and delivery. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I now feel confident about concrete things I can try during my labor to have the best outcomes for myself and baby.”

  • Kira

“Stephanie taught me so much during our initial visit. She stretched out tense muscles, taught me the importance of how correct breathing supports the pelvic/stomach area and then explained how everything tied in together. I was amazed when I left, as to the changes that had taken place in this short visit. I sneezed on the way home with a full bladder and no leakage!! Ready for my next visit.”

  • Alayna

“Everbloom identified and put language behind a few nagging concerns I have been experiencing, but hadn't been able to communicate with other medical providers…The first session was very beneficial and way more than just "checking the box" on an intake session. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.”

  • Crystal

“I have never met a healthcare provider with so much patience, gentleness, and compassion. She is the definition of compassion.”
