Everbloom Pelvic Health is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. While we do not bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request.
A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Depending on your plan and carrier, some clients are able to get a portion—or even the full cost—of their sessions reimbursed. We recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network occupational therapy benefits.

Pelvic floor therapy starts with understanding how your body is functioning as a whole. We assess things like posture, breathing, core engagement, and pelvic floor coordination to identify what might be contributing to your symptoms.
Treatment is personalized and may include hands-on manual therapy, movement and breathwork, nervous system support, education, and customized strategies you can use at home. For those who are comfortable and may benefit from it, internal pelvic floor assessment and treatment can be offered, but it's never required.
The goal is to help you move better, feel better, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, effective, and sustainable.

You can expect care that’s thoughtful, personalized, and centered entirely around you, in a space that feels calm, welcoming, and nothing like a cold medical office.
Before your first visit, you’ll complete an intake form so we can get to know your story, your symptoms, and your goals ahead of time. When you arrive, we’ll review that together, answer any questions, and dive into a full-body assessment looking at posture, breathing, movement, and pelvic floor function.
Each session is one-on-one and includes hands-on treatment, education, and a plan that fits your life. You’ll be supported in a cozy, peaceful space with soft lighting, twinkly lights, live plants, and a calming diffuser: all intentionally designed to help your nervous system settle so true healing can begin.

You are welcome to begin pelvic floor therapy as soon as you feel ready. At Everbloom, I offer an optional in-home session as early as one week postpartum. For this first visit, I bring a therapy table and a nourishing meal to support your recovery. We’ll focus on gentle breathwork, releasing muscles most impacted during pregnancy, beginning safe core healing, and learning body mechanics to help you hold and care for your baby with comfort. This session also supports early mom–baby bonding. Internal pelvic floor work is always optional, based on your comfort, and is not addressed until you’ve been cleared by your midwife or OB.

Yes, absolutely.
Menstruation doesn’t prevent us from doing meaningful, effective work. Many clients choose to keep their appointments during their period, and we can adjust the session based on how you're feeling that day. Internal work is always optional, and we can focus on external techniques, movement, breathwork, and other hands-on strategies if you prefer.
Your comfort always comes first, and your cycle is never an inconvenience.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your baby or child with you. I have a small selection of toys available (mostly infant to toddler age), and many mamas do bring their little ones along. That said, I gently encourage you to consider arranging childcare so you can truly take this hour for you. This time is meant to support your healing, your body, and your nervous system, and sometimes even just an hour of uninterrupted care can make a big difference.
