Everbloom Pelvic Health is primarily a private-pay practice, and payment is due at the time of service.

We are in-network with select BCBS and Aetna commercial plans. We are also a certified out-of-network provider for TRICARE, which means clients may submit for reimbursement depending on their plan benefits.

For clients paying out of pocket-including TRICARE and all other out-of-network plans-we are happy to provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes the information needed for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Depending on your plan and carrier, some clients receive partial or full reimbursement for their sessions. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network occupational therapy benefits.

  • Pelvic floor therapy starts with understanding how your body is functioning as a whole. We assess things like posture, breathing, core engagement, and pelvic floor coordination to identify what might be contributing to your symptoms.

Treatment is personalized and may include hands-on manual therapy, movement and breathwork, nervous system support, education, and customized strategies you can use at home. For those who are comfortable and may benefit from it, internal pelvic floor assessment and treatment can be offered, but it's never required.

The goal is to help you move better, feel better, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, effective, and sustainable.

  • Yes! Everbloom Pelvic Health is now in-network with insurance.

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield Commercial Plans

    • Aetna Commercial Plans

Even though we are credentialed with these plans, Everbloom continues to operate as a patient-centered, self-pay practice. This model allows us to offer longer, more personalized sessions, evidence-based care, and treatment decisions that are guided by your needs — not insurance restrictions.

If you choose to self-pay, we are happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

If you have questions about your specific benefits or coverage, just reach out — we’re here to help you understand your options.

  • You are welcome to begin pelvic floor therapy as soon as you feel ready. I see women as early as 2 weeks postpartum.

  • Yes, you're welcome to bring your baby or child with you. I have a small selection of toys available (mostly infant to toddler age), and many mamas do bring their little ones along. That said, I gently encourage you to consider arranging childcare so you can truly take this hour for you. This time is meant to support your healing, your body, and your nervous system, and sometimes even just an hour of uninterrupted care can make a big difference.

  • The short answer: it depends. Every body, history, and goal is different. That said, many clients begin noticing significant improvements in symptoms by their third session. On average, a plan of care lasts around 6-10 visits. Your recommended treatment frequency and plan will be discussed during your initial evaluation based on your specific needs and goals.
