Find Relief. Reconnect With Your Body.

Pain with intimacy, pelvic tension, and deep discomfort don’t have to be your normal. We offer gentle, hands-on pelvic floor therapy that helps you feel safe, supported, and back in sync with your body.

A Personal Turning Point

Before I ever stepped into pelvic health therapy, I was a new mom quietly struggling with a dull, aching pain in my pelvic floor after my daughter was born (yep, that’s us in the picture!). I assumed it was normal and would eventually go away. But weeks passed, and it didn’t.

Out of curiosity and frustration, I scheduled one pelvic floor therapy session. What happened next was eye-opening: the pain resolved completely. That single experience changed everything. I realized how powerful this work could be, and how many women were silently carrying symptoms that could be treated. That’s what led me here: to help others find relief, clarity, and connection in their own healing

Pelvic Pain, Intimacy Concerns, & Diagnoses We Treat

Dyspareunia (Painful Intercourse)

Pain with sex is common, but not normal. Dyspareunia can feel sharp, burning, or deep and may happen during or after penetration.

How we help: We assess pelvic floor tension, scar tissue, and mobility. Treatment includes manual therapy, breathwork, education, and restoring comfort with movement and intimacy.

Pudendal Neuralgia

This nerve-related pain can feel sharp, shocking, or numb in the pelvic region: especially with sitting or physical activity.

How we help: We address contributing factors like postural mechanics, nerve entrapment, and soft tissue tension through manual therapy, positioning, and gentle mobility work.

Vaginismus

Vaginismus is the involuntary tightening of pelvic muscles that makes penetration painful or impossible…even with tampons or exams.

How we help: We use trauma-informed strategies, gentle desensitization, external manual therapy, and nervous system work to create safety, trust, and softening in the body.

Pelvic Floor Muscle Tension

Chronic tightness in the pelvic floor can lead to pain with sitting, intimacy, or daily movement.

How we help: We guide you in downtraining the pelvic floor using hands-on release, diaphragmatic breathing, and nervous system support to reduce guarding and restore ease.

Vulvodynia

Vulvodynia is chronic vulvar pain that may feel burning, stinging, or raw; often with no clear cause.

How we help: We explore musculoskeletal, fascial, and nervous system factors. Treatment may include soft tissue work, nervous system regulation, and strategies to calm inflammation and hypersensitivity.

Endometriosis-Related Pelvic Pain

Endo pain often extends beyond periods. Many experience ongoing pelvic or abdominal pain, even after surgery.

How we help: We take a whole-body approach by improving visceral mobility, reducing fascial restrictions, and calming the nervous system to support overall comfort and quality of life.
